What is Walletini^® ?
Walletini is a service that allows you to store tickets on your phone, transfer them to friends, buy more, see what friends are doing and get more information about events going on around you.

After registering I didn't receive the account confirmation email, what should I do?
Sometimes Walletini emails are marked as SPAM from some email providers, if you can't find the confirmation email please check your SPAM folder, if you still can't find it please send us an email at support@walletini.com from the email account you are trying to activate.

What's the real-life scenario?
Say there was a really fun event coming up and you volunteered to be the designated buyer for a party of 4. You buy all 4 tickets and they now appear in Walletini. Using the service, you can transfer 3 of the tickets to their rightful owners and get paid back! When the event arrives, just use the ticket on your phone to gain access to the event (some venues may require a printed ticket).

What devices are supported?
The app is available for iPhone and iPod (running iOS 5 or higher) and Android devices (running version 2.2 or higher). You can download it directly from the App Store or the Google Play Store. Walletini also provides a mobile web version so that you can access the Walletini core functionalities from any smartphone, just open www.walletini.com from your mobile device.

Are new features coming?
Absolutely! Walletini is still in Beta version, we're working around the clock to make sure this thing goes viral. Also, we'd love to hear any ideas you have that could make Walletini even better.

How does the "Get Paid Back" feature work?
Walletini allows you to transfer tickets to other Walletini users, and if you like, you can ask the receiver to pay you back for the tickets. You can chose the amount that you would like to request. You can collect the money directly on your bank account.

How does payment for a transfer work?
If the person transferring the tickets requires payment, the receiver simply enters their credit card information to accept the transfer of tickets. The order will be processed through the Walletini secure payment system. As an additional security measure, credit card data will not be saved by Walletini.

Does it cost anything to transfer tickets?
Transfers are always free for the sender. In some cases, the receiver may incur a small fee. - If the sender requires no payment for the tickets ($0), then no fees apply. - If the sender asks to get paid for the tickets, the receiver pays just 2.6% if he is paying using credit card (Walletini transfer fees are FREE for all our users!).

Are my tickets safe in Walletini?
Yes.
